The Star Campus Restaurant is our largest dining space in the Haupert Union Building. We renovated it during Summer 2018, and it features modern, open, inviting seating areas. All of our meals in the Star are made fresh from scratch ingredients, most of them right in front of you! The Star features these exciting food stations:

• The Blue Star Grille, featuring breakfast until 1:30 pm
• Hometown Classics, featuring hot comfort foods, daily Vegan or Vegetarian entree and sides
• Simple Zone, dedicated gluten-free pantry and appliances
• Simple Servings, with allergen-friendly meals featuring clean proteins, daily Vegan sides
• Amos' Salad Hut, with fresh-made salads and toppings
• The Grainery, cereal bar, toaster and local milk
• Sustainable Table, farm-to-table plant-forward cuisine
• Steel Stacks Pizza, featuring fresh-baked pizza and garlic knots
