Director of Catering
Pat Hartigan, our Director of Catering, has worked in the hospitality industry for more than two decades! Here at Moravian College, when you work with Pat and her team, she will assist with creating your custom menu or ordering from our many options to best suit your needs.
Have a food allergy or a dietary concern? Our staff is trained extensively on safe food preparation for dietary concerns. We can provide nut or dairy-free options, gluten-free options or Vegan and Vegetarian entrees and sides.
Moravian College has a variety of flexible and historic spaces that can accommodate parties and events from small to large! We've hosted reunions, meetings and conferences, performances and concerts, weddings, bridal and baby showers, and more. We can even put a tent outside our beautiful Payne Gallery and Clewell Dining spaces to provide additional area for entertaining, or to accommodate your outdoor wedding or event. Meet our Catering Sous Chef, Paul Dugan
Paul Dugan has been a member of our staff for more than 10 years. Always innovating, Paulie has been wow-ing our students at our farm-to-table station "Sustainable Table" for the past 5+ years. With a special knack toward creating beautifully presented and delicious plant-based food, Paulie brings the same innovation and attention to detail now to our Catering team. Paul works closely with our Catering Director Pat Hartigan to customize menus for all-size events.

Pat joined our team approximately two years ago and has revolutionized our catering department. She has amassed a staff of experienced servers, bartenders and supervisors, all of whom work together to provide top-notch service for your event. Pat has experience working with and taking care of clients with specific dietary needs and food allergies. With her team, Pat will craft a custom menu for your special event and execute it with the ultimate in service.
NEW! Garbanzo Catering - You can now order from our Garbanzo Mediterranean Fresh Catering menu. Not just the same-old, same-old, Garbanzo Mediterranean Fresh Catering has a variety of options to make everyone happy. Most of our scratch-made sauces and sides are Vegan and Gluten-Free. With fresh-baked pita, Garbanzo Catering provides a unique, health-conscious and delicious Catering experience.
