The Star Campus Restaurant is our largest dining space in the Haupert Union Building. All of our meals in the Star are made fresh, most of them right in front of you! The Star features these exciting food stations:
- The Blue Star Grille, featuring breakfast until 1:30 pm
- Hometown Classics, featuring hot comfort foods, daily Vegan or Vegetarian entrees and sides
- Simple Zone, a dedicated gluten-free pantry and appliances
- Simple Servings, with allergen-friendly meals featuring clean proteins and daily Vegan sides
- Amos' Salad Hut, with fresh-made salads and toppings
- The Grainery, cereal bar, toaster and local milk
- Steel Stacks Pizza, featuring fresh-baked pizza and garlic knots
